MISSION
Warriors. Soldiers. Men. will reach three hundred men who will embrace the teaching of Jesus Christ and accept the responsibility of manhood in ALL their roles.
Warriors. Soldiers. Men. began in 2005 as a direct revelation that came to me through great pain and loss. After losing my younger brother, who was killed in action in the war (https://thefallen.militarytimes.com/army-sgt-angelo-l-lozada-jr/796541) in Iraq and the conversations I had with him.
One late night as we talked after his return from his tour in Afghanistan and his attempt to transition to civilian life taking up the roles of Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Uncle, and Friend.
He shared and we talked about the enemy you can see versus the one you cannot. He said to me, out in the field I can clearly see who my enemy is but at home I’m not so sure.”
He re-enlisted and I never saw my brother again...
A few months after we laid him to rest it came to me that men today do not realize the enemy that they are fighting against and that is this enemy is not visible (our problems are spiritual and moral at the root) so they enter into a spiritual battle with carnal weapons only to lose and fail at every turn.
Failure then leads to surrender or sometimes fleeing and abandoning our God given place. We become distracted and pursue things that appear to satisfy a need only to be left wanting more (addictions and ungodly habits form) not realizing that this need deep within us is a spiritual need that can only be satisfied with a spiritual awakening.
My brother was a hero who lived a life of sacrifice and commitment to the protection of others. He was selfless.
